Gluten Free/Casein Free Diet
GFCF Diet – This is a must see site for anyone starting out on the diet. Very comprehensive from a food perspective. Has a great list of acceptable commercial products. Also contains an alphabetical listing of foods, additives and ingredients that are not acceptable on the diet. Lists lots of links and helpful information on autism and the diet.

– GFCF site sponsored by the University of Florida and Dr. Robert Cade’s research on autism. Has some good info on how the diet works.
GFCF Acceptable Foods – This massive posting contains a list of foods, additives, medicines, etc. that are GFCF. If you’ve been having trouble finding GFCF foods, you will be surprised at how many there are. There are a lot of name brands here and helpful information scattered throughout.
TACA – The TACA site is loaded with good information on the GFCF diet as well as information on therapies, what to do about vaccinations and links to many autism related resources.
Gluten Solutions Store – The Gluten Solutions store claims to have over 300 gluten free and in many cases GFCF foods available for online purchase. Pictures of food are shown and ingredients are clearly listed
GFCF Kids Yahoo Groups – An unmoderated list with nearly 5000 members and tons of archived messages on anything you could possibly want to know about the GFCF diet.
Gluten Free Mall – Lots of gluten free and also GFCF foods with pictures, ingredients and helpful tags indicating if items are gluten-free, egg-free, milk-free and/or soy-free. Helpful for many of us who have kids with multiple food intolerances.

The Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) is used by parents of autistic children who are trying to deal with yeast issue through dietary intervention.
Pecanbread.com – This is a very comprehensive site on all things SCD. The specific carbohydrate diet (SCD) has been helpful for many people with severe gastrointestinal disorders (Chrone’s, Celiac, Ulcerative Colitis, ect..). It is not a lifelong diet. It is for healing the gut & starving out microorganisms. Some parents are using it for autism with success.
